Meet
Mike Rossi

In 1992, Mike visited Manhattan Beach for the first time. He quickly decided that the South Bay was the place he was going to dedicate his life raising his family, establishing business and social relationships, and entrenching himself in philanthropy.

Real estate has been in Mike's blood since a young age. His family has owned and managed escrow companies, including an IRC 1031 accommodator corporation, since the 1970’s, which continues to be a powerhouse serving the real estate industry in the Inland Empire.

Mike’s real estate career began in 1990 with a commercial real estate firm in the Phoenix metroplex, where he represented corporate client’s purchasing multi-family assets. Mike closed several transactions with assets held by the RTC, FDIC, banks, and savings and loans on properties ranging from 200 - 500 units.

In addition to vast real estate experience, Mike’s strong entrepreneurial background aided him in establishing several hospitality businesses in the South Bay in the late 1990’s. Areas of involvement included initial conceptions, investment structuring, capital raising, legal and financial liaison, marketing, promotion, and public relations. Mike continues to represents lessors and lessees in negotiations and representation on commercial property. Today, Mike works with NW Real Estate Brokers in Manhattan Beach, representing client's best interests in the South Bay and consistently acting as a Top Producer within the brokerage.

Mike has traveled extensively around the world, over 30 countries for business and pleasure. Some of his travels have been on behalf of his philanthropic organizations including: The Samburu Project in Kenya and MB Sister City Committee/Mira Costa High School Baja Club in Santa Rosalia, Baja California Sur. He enjoys family life, philanthropy, surfing, tennis, and biking.
