In early 2000, Mike switched gears to focus on the local residential real estate market, but continues to to utilize his skills honed in the commercial arena.

In addition to vast real estate experience, Mike’s strong entrepreneurial background aided him in establishing several hospitality businesses in the South Bay in the late 1990’s. "In 2010 we acquired a prominent restaurant in downtown Manhattan Beach. When we heard the owners might be interested in selling, I called Mike. Within four hours we had a meeting with the potential sellers. From his credible introduction, through the valuation, due diligence and permiting process, his knowledge was invaluable. Closing this complex deal was a testament to his in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and well-established relationships with local business owners."

- Heath H. Gregory (Baron Real Estate, Inc.)

"Mike helped us sell our old house in the south Manhattan Beach Sand Section and buy our new one in the Sand Section north of downtown. He has lived in Manhattan Beach a long time so he knows all the neighborhood nuances. He took the time to understand what we wanted and why we wanted it. We interviewed other brokers but they made it seem like just a commission not a relationship. Mike made it feel like our decisions were important to him. He was always available when we had a question or wanted to respond to and/or submit offers. His knowledge of the neighborhoods, construction quality, pricing trends and the ebb and flow of the market made him a great choice for us. The most important question to me is would we work with Mike again? Absolutely."
